The Dene Strong project in La Loche is a collaborative publication, joining hearts and voices in the community to honour the Dene heritage in northern Saskatchewan.

Relationships that span more than fifty years … unusual coincidences … an inexplicable urge to explore the northern frontier … learn how the Dene in the Sahtu formed an unlikely alliance with a non-Dene woman who lives far from the Arctic Circle on Vancouver Island.

Under the direction of Mary-Anne Neal, Associate Faculty in the School of Business, 20,000 civil servants in the Mongolian government will be trained in policies that reflect greater community involvement.
